Our vision places the teacher — and through them, the student — at the centre of everything we do. We aspire to a day when every graduate of this college is known not just for their subject knowledge, but for the quality of their presence in the classroom and their commitment to their community.

To deliver a rigorous, practice-oriented B.Ed programme aligned with NCTE norms and the University of Kashmir curriculum, equipping student-teachers with both subject mastery and pedagogical skill.

To nurture reflective, ethically grounded educators who understand that teaching is as much a moral vocation as a professional one — inspired by the legacy of Sheikh Noor-ud-din Noorani.
